The Wichita Veterans Day Parade will be held this Saturday, Nov. 9, beginning at 11 a.m. The parade will start at Central and Main and end at Exploration Place, where there will be a post-parade celebration.

Some events are set for military veterans soon to observe Veterans Day on Monday and beyond. WFISD will host its annual Veterans Day ceremony at 11 a.m. Monday at Memorial Stadium, 5401 Southwest Parkway. The community is invited, and WFISD encourages veterans to wear military uniforms.
