SPRINGFIELD, Ohio (WOIO) - Ohio Governor Mike DeWine revisited Springfield, Ohio on Thursday. The city has been at the center of turmoil since the presidential debate on September 10. On Monday, DeWine sent Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers to the city to provide added security for district school buildings.

Springfield now has a mobile health clinic, in an effort to lessen strains on local healthcare because of the increased Haitian migrant population.

With an influx of thousands of Haitian migrants over the past few years, Springfield is experiencing significant stress on its healthcare system. The new mobile clinic is designed to alleviate long wait times for healthcare services in Springfield and throughout Clark County.
