In the lawsuit filed on Tuesday, Oct. 1, Pras Michel claims that Lauryn Hill and her touring company MLH had "complete control over the business aspects of the tour." Hill responded by calling Michel's lawsuit "baseless" and "full of false claims and unwarranted attacks.
