hi, has anyone around 5ft 4' height sat on the front row circle recently? I've messaged the theatre to understand what the 'possible' restricted view means and all they will say is 'the safety rail that runs across the front of the balcony may in your eyeline'. Any recent experiences of sitting in the front row would be appreciated. Thanks.

Avoid the front stalls up to row J. They are hardly raised up and its amazing how many people try to change seats in the interval because of obstructed views. If you are on the very front …
Avoid the front stalls up to row J. They are hardly raised up and its amazing how many people try to change seats in the interval because of obstructed views. If you are on the very front row you will not see the back of the stage because there is no longer an orchestra pit, and you are practically touching the stage. Rows K & L are advertised as "premium" seats but there is nothing "premium" about them and certainly no better view. My favourite seat is O29 which is an aisle seat, so if you get O29 and the one next to it you will have a good view. If your eyesight is okay and you can cope with upstairs, go for DD which is the back row in the first part of the circle and all these seats are raised up by a step. Great view. However, do not sit on rows AA and BB in the circle because they have obstructed views because of rails and lighting rigs. If going in the stalls get an aisle seat from row O backwards.
Booked a show for my daughter (aged 11) front row of circle next year. Have just noticed it says possible restricted view - even though seats are not discounted. Just wondering if this will be a major issue, thanks

Depends on how tall daughter is. You can get a booster seat from staff if you ask
